【摘要】：文章在分析應用型本科人才培養(yǎng)特征與能力本位教育理論及其內在聯(lián)系的基礎上,闡述了能力本位教育理論對應用型本科人才培養(yǎng)的指導作用,并以全新的人才觀、質量觀和教育觀、教學觀,探討了應用型本科人才培養(yǎng)體系的構建,重點就能力本位教育視域下的應用型本科人才培養(yǎng)路徑進行了研究。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents, the theory of competence-based education and its internal relations, this paper expounds the guiding role of the theory of competence-based education on the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents, and takes a brand-new view of talent as a guide to the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents. This paper discusses the construction of application-oriented undergraduate talents training system from the view of quality, education and teaching, and focuses on the training path of applied-oriented undergraduate talents from the perspective of ability-based education.
