【摘要】：高考承擔(dān)著為國家選才的重要職能,其未來改革發(fā)展方向?qū)Ρ究圃盒Ｈ瞬排囵B(yǎng)將產(chǎn)生重要影響。隨著國家高考改革步伐的逐步推進,高等本科院校應(yīng)立足自身實際,順應(yīng)高考發(fā)展趨勢,對接高考改革導(dǎo)向,及時更新教育觀念,優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格和選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不斷深化人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,通過創(chuàng)新內(nèi)部管理體制,提高師資隊伍整體水平等,推進學(xué)校的內(nèi)涵建設(shè)和特色發(fā)展,探索新形勢下適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需求的人才培養(yǎng)特色道路,努力培養(yǎng)富有創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力的各類創(chuàng)新型、應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型優(yōu)秀人才。
[Abstract]:The college entrance examination takes on the important function of selecting talents for the country, and its direction of reform and development in the future will have an important influence on the talent training of undergraduate colleges and universities. With the gradual progress of the national college entrance examination reform, higher colleges and universities should base themselves on their own reality, conform to the development trend of the college entrance examination, align with the reform direction of the college entrance examination, update the educational concept in time, and optimize the standards and standards of talent training. We will continue to deepen the reform of the talent training model, innovate the internal management system, improve the overall level of the teaching staff, and so on, promote the construction of the connotation of the school and the development of its characteristics, and explore the unique way of talent training to meet the needs of economic and social development under the new situation. Strive to cultivate innovative spirit and practical ability of all kinds of innovative, applied, composite talents.
