【摘要】：正高校、校外科研機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新體系中的重要要素。德國(guó)激勵(lì)和支持大學(xué)與校外科研機(jī)構(gòu)或企業(yè)建立新型的協(xié)同合作機(jī)制。"ARENA2036"計(jì)劃創(chuàng)新性強(qiáng),著眼長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities, outside-school scientific research institutions and enterprises are important elements in the innovation system. Germany encourages and supports universities and scientific research institutions or enterprises outside the university to establish a new type of cooperative cooperation mechanism. "ARENA2036" plan is innovative, long-term in mind, and has certain reference significance.
