【摘要】：高質量師資缺乏成為制約創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展的主要因素。要破解創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資生師比例不足、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教師勝任能力不強、師資培訓體系不完備的現(xiàn)實困境,需要遵循系統(tǒng)性、協(xié)同性、復合性原則,將創(chuàng)業(yè)課程與專業(yè)課程、創(chuàng)業(yè)課程教學與創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐、內源性師資與外引性師資協(xié)同融合,重構創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資培訓體系和教師評價體系,培養(yǎng)起"雙師型""雙能型""雙創(chuàng)型"三型融通、專兼結合的復合型創(chuàng)業(yè)教育師資隊伍。
[Abstract]:The lack of high-quality teachers has become the main factor restricting the development of entrepreneurship education. In order to solve the realistic dilemma that the proportion of teachers and students in entrepreneurial education is insufficient, the competence of teachers in entrepreneurial education is not strong, and the system of teacher training is not complete, we should follow the principles of systematization, synergy and compounding, and combine the entrepreneurial curriculum with the professional curriculum. Entrepreneurial course teaching and entrepreneurial practice, endogenous teachers and external teachers merge together, reconstruct the teacher training system and teacher evaluation system of entrepreneurship education, train "double qualified", "double ability" and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" three types of fusion. Special and combined complex entrepreneurial education teachers.
