S大學青年行政管理人員激勵機制研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, great achievements have been made in the reform of higher education in China. It is inevitable to construct a modern university system and to form a university management system and a running mechanism that can meet the requirements of the socialist market economy and the needs of the overall sustainable development of higher education. Colleges and universities shoulder the three important tasks of talent training, scientific research and social service. With the growing scale of running a university, the administrative work of colleges and universities is also more and more important. Nowadays, the number of administrators in colleges and universities is getting younger and younger, and the pace of the development of higher education has set a higher demand on this part of the community. The motivation of young administrative personnel has become a key and difficult problem in the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, the establishment of a sound incentive mechanism for university administrators is an important guarantee to strengthen the construction of administrative staff, to improve the scientific level of university administration, to build modern university system, and to promote the sustained and rapid development of colleges and universities. This paper discusses how to establish and improve the incentive mechanism for young administrators in S University under the new situation, and analyzes the necessity and significance of the research on the incentive mechanism of young administrators in S University at present. And the incentive theory is analyzed and summarized, and the characteristics and needs of this group of young administrators are deeply analyzed. This paper takes the young administrators of S University as the research object, using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interview and so on, to investigate and study the incentive status of the young administrators under the age of 35 in S University. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of young administrators in colleges and universities and the reasons for these problems. Based on the incentive theory, this paper explores the construction principles and the overall framework of the incentive mechanism for the young administrators in S University, in order to study and construct the most suitable incentive mechanism for this group. In order to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm, initiative, improve their comprehensive quality and improve their working ability. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research content, research methods, research ideas and the emphases, difficulties and innovations of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories, mainly defines the core concepts, and expounds the theory and research of incentive and incentive mechanism at home and abroad. Chapter three: the current situation of incentive mechanism for young administrators in S University. Taking S University as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of young administrators in colleges and universities, sums up the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of these problems. The fourth chapter analyzes the countermeasures of perfecting the incentive mechanism of young administrators in S University, summarizes the main principles of constructing the incentive mechanism of young administrators in S University, and expounds several relations that should be handled well in the establishment of incentive mechanism. And further design and perfect S University young administrative staff incentive mechanism countermeasures. The fifth chapter draws the conclusion, summarizes the research insufficiency, and looks forward to how the future research will be perfect.
