【摘要】：目的了解蘭州市在校大學(xué)生視頻使用總時(shí)間對視頻相關(guān)健康問題的影響,同時(shí)從使用視頻總時(shí)間的角度,為視頻終端綜合征的防治提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法于2015年3月25日至6月1日,采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,抽取蘭州市9所高校大一至大三年級在校生各1個(gè)班,共對1 201名學(xué)生進(jìn)行視頻終端相關(guān)健康問題現(xiàn)狀及使用視頻總時(shí)間的調(diào)查。結(jié)果蘭州市9所高校在校大學(xué)生使用視頻后產(chǎn)生的問題中,眼部不適感最為突出(86.68%),其次為作息時(shí)間(81.67%)、社交能力(71.08%)、除眼睛外的不適感(70.44%),且經(jīng)過趨勢性χ~2檢驗(yàn)得出,視力模糊、眼花、異物感、頭痛、手腕酸痛、腰痛、失眠、視頻依賴、記憶力減退、學(xué)習(xí)效率降低、不能建立深厚穩(wěn)定的人際關(guān)系的檢出率均隨視頻使用總時(shí)間的增加而增加(趨勢性χ~2值分別為7.968,5.171,8.476,9.334,5.805,6.609,8.649,16.868,24.065,7.555,3.954,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論在校大學(xué)生使用視頻終端的總時(shí)間較多,且與多種健康問題相關(guān)。視頻健康相關(guān)問題的健康教育中應(yīng)將減少使用視頻終端的總時(shí)間作為主要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of the total time of video use on the health problems related to video among college students in Lanzhou, and to provide basic data for the prevention and treatment of video terminal syndrome from the point of view of total time of video use. Methods from March 25 to June 1, 2015, stratified cluster random sampling was used to select one class of freshmen to sophomores from 9 universities in Lanzhou. A total of 1 201 students were investigated on health problems related to video terminal and total time of using video. Results among the problems caused by video, eye discomfort was the most obvious (86.68%), rest time (81.67%), social ability (71.08%). Except for the eyes (70.44%), the visual acuity, eyesight, foreign body sensation, headache, wrist pain, low back pain, insomnia, video dependence, memory loss and learning efficiency were found to be blurred, eyedrop, foreign body sensation, pain in wrist, video dependence, memory loss and learning efficiency. The detectable rate of deep and stable interpersonal relationships increased with the increase of the total time of video usage (the trend 蠂 ~ 2 values were 7.968 5.171 / 8.476 / 9.334 / 5.805 / 6.6098.649 / 16.868 / 24.0657.555/ 3.954P = 0.05 respectively). Conclusion the total time of using video terminal in college students is more, and it is related to many health problems. Reducing the total time of using video terminals should be considered as the main content in the health education of video health related problems.
