【摘要】：就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育既隸屬于思想政治教育,又在不斷豐富和發(fā)展思想政治教育。在人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中有機(jī)融入就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育,符合高校辦學(xué)使命,符合學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才規(guī)律,也有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)人才資源的有效配置。當(dāng)前就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育還面臨著諸多問(wèn)題,在實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑上需要積極搭建就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育平臺(tái),促進(jìn)第一與第二課堂有效結(jié)合,廣泛整合資源,提升就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育成效。
[Abstract]:Employment guidance education is not only subordinate to ideological and political education, but also enriches and develops ideological and political education. The integration of employment guidance education in the process of talent training is in line with the mission of running a university, the law of students' growth and talent, and the effective allocation of talent resources. At present, there are still many problems in employment guidance education. It is necessary to build the employment guidance education platform actively in the realization path, to promote the effective combination of the first and second classes, to integrate resources extensively, and to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance education.
