【摘要】：少干碩士研究生是少數(shù)民族的高層次人才,也是未來促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)繁榮發(fā)展的重要力量,關(guān)注和加強(qiáng)這一群體的思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀十分必要,本文從黨和國(guó)家的民族理論與民族政策、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀理論體系、思想政治教育方法論和多元文化教育的視野,運(yùn)用辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的方法,探索“少干計(jì)劃”碩士研究生思想政治教育的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。全文共四個(gè)部分,首先,從促進(jìn)少干碩士研究生全面發(fā)展、促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、維護(hù)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一、培育核心價(jià)值觀和實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的角度說明加強(qiáng)少數(shù)民族高層次骨干碩士研究生思想政治教育的重要性。其次,通過分析主體的多樣性、客體的民族性、介體的針對(duì)性、環(huán)體的復(fù)雜性說明這一群體思想政治教育的特殊性。再次,對(duì)少數(shù)民族高層次骨干人才計(jì)劃碩士研究生的思想政治狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,摸清了這類群體政治狀況、學(xué)習(xí)生活、心理健康、就業(yè)情況等基本情況;通過對(duì)這類群體的思想政治狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)存在政治認(rèn)同及民族認(rèn)同具有盲目性和局限性、思想政治理論課實(shí)效不明顯、管理制度需進(jìn)一步完善、心理壓力偏大等問題。最后,根據(jù)第三部分的問題找出解決對(duì)策,即堅(jiān)持馬克思主義宗教觀、民族政策教育,堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀教育,堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論教育;大力推進(jìn)思想政治教育學(xué)科建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新思想政治教育教學(xué)方法、強(qiáng)化思想政治教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);建立健全少干生管理制度、重視基層黨建工作、加強(qiáng)心理健康工作、完善社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育�！吧俑捎�(jì)劃”碩士研究生的思想政治教育作為高等學(xué)校思想政治工作的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也是高校思想政治工作所面臨的一個(gè)新課題,有著它自身獨(dú)特的內(nèi)涵。本人力圖在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提升理論高度,更新思想觀念,理清工作思路,以期建立起全方位、多層次、重實(shí)效的“少干計(jì)劃”碩士研究生思想政治教育的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Junior graduate students are high-level talents of ethnic minorities, and they are also important forces to promote the prosperity and development of minority areas in the future. It is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the present situation of ideological and political education of this group. This paper applies the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to the national theories and policies of the Party and the country, the theoretical system of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the methodology of ideological and political education and the multicultural education. To explore the long-term mechanism of ideological and political education for graduate students. The full text consists of four parts. First of all, from promoting the overall development of the graduate students, promoting the economic and social development of minority areas, and safeguarding the reunification of the motherland, The cultivation of core values and the realization of "Chinese Dream" illustrate the importance of strengthening ideological and political education of senior minority graduate students. Secondly, by analyzing the diversity of the subject, the nationality of the object, the pertinence of the intermediary and the complexity of the ring, the particularity of the ideological and political education of this group is explained. Thirdly, it investigates the ideological and political status of the graduate students of the high-level talents program of minority nationalities, and finds out the basic situation of this kind of group political situation, study life, mental health, employment situation and so on. Through the investigation of the ideological and political situation of this kind of groups, it is found that there are some problems such as political identity and national identity with blindness and limitation, the actual effect of ideological and political theory course is not obvious, the management system needs to be further improved, and the psychological pressure is on the high side. Finally, according to the third part of the problem to find out the solution, that is, adhere to the Marxist religious view, national policy education, adhere to the socialist core values education, adhere to the socialist theory of education with Chinese characteristics; Vigorously promote the subject construction of ideological and political education, innovate the teaching methods of ideological and political education, and strengthen the construction of the contingent of teachers of ideological and political education; We should establish and perfect the management system of fewer students, attach importance to the Party building at the grass-roots level, strengthen the work of mental health, perfect the social practice activities, strengthen the guidance of employment and the education of starting a business. As an important part of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the ideological and political education of the graduate students of the "less work Plan" is also a new subject facing the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, which has its own unique connotation. On the basis of the previous research results, I try hard to raise the theoretical height, renew the ideology and clear the working train of thought, so as to establish the long-term mechanism of the ideological and political education for the graduate students of the master's program of "less work plan", which is omnidirectional, multi-level and practical.
