【摘要】：文章以戰(zhàn)略思維理論為切入點(diǎn),以廣東技術(shù)師范學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員協(xié)會(huì)建設(shè)為例,剖析高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍提升戰(zhàn)略思維能力的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,以高校輔導(dǎo)員協(xié)會(huì)的建設(shè)實(shí)踐為經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的新路徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the theory of strategic thinking as the breakthrough point, taking the construction of counselors' association of Guangdong Technical normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the practical significance of improving the ability of strategic thinking of college counselors, and takes the construction practice of college counselors' association as the experience. This paper puts forward a new path to the construction of college counselors.
