【摘要】：在新的歷史條件下,習(xí)近平總書記立足于高校思想政治工作的實踐,豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思、恩格斯以及黨的歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人思想政治教育工作的思想,提出了許多具有針對性的新觀點、新論斷、新方法。本文主要從三個方面來探究習(xí)近平高校思想政治教育的新觀點。第一,探究習(xí)近平對高校思想政治教育學(xué)科的新闡述。做好高校思想政治教育工作,加強思想政治教育學(xué)科建設(shè),要遵循“三個規(guī)律”、堅持“四個不懈”、落實“三因”理念和“四為”服務(wù)的要求。第二,探究習(xí)近平對高校思想政治教育主體的新期待:關(guān)于教師,習(xí)近平豐富和發(fā)展了胡錦濤的“引路人”思想,對教師提出了“四個引路人”的新期待;關(guān)于學(xué)生,習(xí)近平豐富發(fā)展了胡錦濤的“德才兼?zhèn)洹彼枷?對青年學(xué)生提出了“志存高遠、德才并重、情理兼修、勇于開拓”的新期待。第三,探究習(xí)近平對高校思想政治教育方法的新要求,主要分析了科學(xué)的思維方法和科學(xué)的工作方法。本文通過對習(xí)近平高校思想政治教育工作新觀點的分析,進一步探究了習(xí)近平高校思想政治教育觀的理論價值和時代價值。習(xí)近平高校思想教育觀緊扣時代脈搏,針對現(xiàn)實問題,飽含豐富的理論內(nèi)涵。研究習(xí)近平高校思想政治教育觀,有助于創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育工作理論;促進思想政治教育學(xué)科建設(shè);推進高校師資隊伍建設(shè);更好地實現(xiàn)育人功能,促進學(xué)生的成長成才。
[Abstract]:Under the new historical conditions, General Secretary Xi Jinping, based on the practice of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, has enriched and developed the thought of ideological and political education work of Marx, Engels and the Party's successive leaders. Many new points of view, new judgments and new methods are put forward. This paper probes into the new viewpoints of Xi Jinping's ideological and political education from three aspects. First, explore Xi Jinping's new exposition on the subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and strengthen the discipline construction of ideological and political education, we should follow the "three laws", adhere to the "four unremitting" principles, and implement the "three causes" concept and the requirements of "four service". Second, probe into Xi Jinping's new expectation to the subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: regarding teachers, Xi Jinping has enriched and developed Hu Jintao's thought of "leading people" and put forward new expectations of "four guides" to teachers; With regard to students, Xi Jinping has enriched and developed Hu Jintao's thought of "both morality and talent," and put forward a new expectation for young students to "keep high aspirations, attach equal importance to virtue and ability, be both rational and practical, and dare to open up". Thirdly, this paper probes into Xi Jinping's new requirements for the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and mainly analyzes the scientific thinking methods and scientific working methods. Based on the analysis of the new viewpoints of Xi Jinping's ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper further explores the theoretical and contemporary values of Xi Jinping's views on ideological and political education. Xi Jinping's views on ideological education in colleges and universities closely follow the pulse of the times and contain rich theoretical connotations in the light of practical problems. The study of Xi Jinping's view on ideological and political education is helpful to innovate the theory of ideological and political education in colleges and universities; to promote the subject construction of ideological and political education; to promote the construction of faculty in colleges and universities; to better realize the function of educating people; to promote the growth and development of students.
