【摘要】：在世界一流學(xué)科建設(shè)過程中存在學(xué)術(shù)邏輯和社會邏輯兩種價(jià)值取向。學(xué)術(shù)邏輯要求遵循學(xué)術(shù)內(nèi)在的發(fā)展規(guī)律,堅(jiān)持學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以取得原創(chuàng)性成果為目標(biāo);社會邏輯要求把握社會需求,滿足社會需要,以解決社會發(fā)展的重大問題為目的。認(rèn)為理想狀態(tài)是最大限度地維持一定張力,在互動(dòng)中互促互進(jìn),既要立足世界學(xué)科前沿,重視"閑逸好奇式"知識探求,進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性原始創(chuàng)新,又要瞄準(zhǔn)國家和區(qū)域重大戰(zhàn)略需求,注重重大尖端技術(shù)的研發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)化,為國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:There are two value orientations of academic logic and social logic in the process of world-class discipline construction. Academic logic requires following the inherent law of academic development, adhering to academic standards, and taking original achievements as its goal, while social logic requires grasping social needs and meeting social needs, with the aim of solving the major problems of social development. It is considered that the ideal state is to maintain a certain tension to the maximum extent, to promote each other in the interaction, to base on the frontier of the world discipline, to attach importance to the "leisure and curious" knowledge search, and to carry out the basic original innovation. At the same time, we should aim at the important strategic demand of the country and the region, pay attention to the research and development and transformation of the major cutting-edge technology, and make important contributions to the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy.
