多元協(xié)同培養(yǎng)云南植物生產(chǎn)類創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才——以云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)為例

【摘要】:分析云南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物生產(chǎn)類本科專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀可知,存在著教育模式與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求吻合度不高、缺少人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力不強(qiáng)等問題。為此,根據(jù)云南高原特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展需求,制定了植物生產(chǎn)類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),創(chuàng)建了彰顯學(xué)生個(gè)性培養(yǎng)、提升學(xué)生實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力、創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、以科研促教學(xué)、全程培養(yǎng)的多元化人才培養(yǎng)模式。實(shí)踐證明,新模式提高了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the present situation of cultivation of undergraduate students majoring in plant production in Yunnan Agricultural University, we can see that there are some problems, such as the educational mode is not in accord with the demand of industry, the quality standard of personnel training is lacking, and the students' practical ability is not strong. Therefore, according to the development demand of characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Plateau, the quality standard of cultivation of plant production specialty talents was formulated, and the cultivation of students' personality was established, the practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students were improved, and teaching was promoted by scientific research. The training mode of diversified talents in the whole process. Practice has proved that the new model has improved the quality of personnel training.
