【摘要】：在我國(guó)高校教師的國(guó)際化發(fā)展中出國(guó)訪學(xué)屬于一個(gè)非常重要的途徑。筆者以高校出國(guó)訪學(xué)的歸國(guó)人員作為研究對(duì)象,研究了教育國(guó)際化視域下高校教師出國(guó)訪學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)效益。結(jié)果表明:這些出國(guó)訪學(xué)教師不管是在內(nèi)部還是在外部都獲得了非常顯著的收益,在國(guó)際交流合作中獲得了教學(xué)、科研創(chuàng)新能力的提升,教育理念也得到了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。上述的這些收益對(duì)于出國(guó)訪學(xué)教師和高校而言具有重要作用,除了對(duì)高校教師國(guó)際化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起到了推動(dòng)作用,同時(shí)還有利于全面提升我國(guó)高等教育的國(guó)際化水平。
[Abstract]:It is a very important way to study abroad in the internationalization development of college teachers in our country. The present situation and relevant benefits of college teachers visiting abroad from the perspective of internationalization of education are studied. The results show that these teachers who visit abroad have gained very significant benefits both internally and externally. They have obtained teaching in international communication and cooperation, improved their ability of scientific research and innovation, and gained a new understanding of their educational ideas. These benefits play an important role in visiting overseas teachers and colleges and universities, not only to promote the sustainable development of university teachers' internationalization, but also to promote the internationalization level of higher education in China.
