【摘要】：以新制度經濟學為視角,將"制度變遷"作為內生變量引入高等教育發(fā)展影響因素模型,利用結構方程模型分析1994-2011年的全國數據發(fā)現(xiàn),高等教育內部的辦學體制、投資體制、管理體制及人事體制和外部的經濟體制、政治體制及社會體制等制度變遷均顯著正向影響高等教育發(fā)展,且外部制度變遷的影響作用大于內部制度變遷,內部和外部制度變遷的影響作用均大于經濟發(fā)展但小于人口因素。為進一步促進高等教育發(fā)展,應繼續(xù)深化高等教育體制綜合改革,增強內外部制度供給。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of new institutional economics, this paper introduces "institutional change" as an endogenous variable into the model of influencing factors in the development of higher education, and analyzes the national data from 1994 to 2011 by using the structural equation model. The institutional changes such as investment system, management system, personnel system and external economic system, political system and social system all have a significant positive impact on the development of higher education, and the influence of external institutional changes is greater than that of internal institutional changes. The influence of internal and external institutional changes is greater than that of economic development but smaller than that of population. In order to further promote the development of higher education, we should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education system and strengthen the supply of internal and external institutions.
