【摘要】：確立以教育現(xiàn)代化引領(lǐng)社會現(xiàn)代化和人的現(xiàn)代化的地位,并進而闡明它們之間的關(guān)系,是教育現(xiàn)代化的基本問題。必須將彰顯以人為本,促進人的全面發(fā)展和社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為中國教育現(xiàn)代化的核心理念。素質(zhì)教育是中國教育現(xiàn)代化的戰(zhàn)略方向。中國高等教育現(xiàn)代化的核心問題是提高質(zhì)量、促進公平。要靠發(fā)展來解決高等教育現(xiàn)代化的問題,在發(fā)展過程中要解決好發(fā)展愿景、發(fā)展道路、發(fā)展動力三個重點問題。加快中國高等教育現(xiàn)代化進程,應(yīng)著力做好七個關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域的工作。一是樹立以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心的現(xiàn)代人才培養(yǎng)理念,建立促進學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展的教育教學(xué)制度;二是推動創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入教育全過程,提升高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實施成效;三是以服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略需求和提升全球競爭力為重點,全面提升高校科技創(chuàng)新能力;四是創(chuàng)新高校人才管理與評價制度,建設(shè)高水平專業(yè)化教師隊伍;五是促進信息技術(shù)與教育教學(xué)的深度融合,形成智能增強型高等教育發(fā)展模式;六是促進更廣泛的國際開放與合作,力爭成為全球高等教育體系中的核心成員,推動我國在未來世界中的地位的提升;七是促進中國高等教育體系的功能再造、系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)型,形成多樣化、開放性、協(xié)調(diào)性的高等教育新體系。
[Abstract]:It is the basic problem of educational modernization to establish the position of leading social modernization and human modernization with educational modernization and to clarify the relationship between them. It must be regarded as the core idea of educational modernization in China to highlight the people-oriented, promote the all-round development of human and the sustainable development of society. Quality education is the strategic direction of Chinese educational modernization. The core problem of Chinese higher education modernization is to improve quality and promote fairness. The modernization of higher education should be solved by development, and three key problems should be solved in the process of development: vision of development, road of development and motive force of development. To speed up the modernization of higher education in China, we should do a good job in seven key fields. The first is to set up the concept of modern talent training centered on learners and to establish an educational and teaching system to promote the students' learning and development, the second is to promote the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education into the whole process of education, and to promote the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities. Third, to serve the national strategic needs and enhance the global competitiveness of the overall promotion of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, fourth, innovation of talent management and evaluation system, building a high level of specialized teachers; Fifth, to promote the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching, and to form an intelligent and enhanced development model of higher education; Sixth, to promote wider international openness and cooperation, strive to become the core members of the global higher education system, and promote the status of China in the future in the world. The seventh is to promote the function reengineering and system transformation of China's higher education system, and form a diversified, open and harmonious new higher education system.
