經(jīng)管類大學(xué)生社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響研究
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, international competition has become increasingly fierce. The comprehensive national strength of a country is not only reflected in its original political, economic and military development level. More is reflected in the level of innovation in science and technology and innovative entrepreneurial talent training. Innovation and entrepreneurship have gradually become the focus of scholars' research. Countries all over the world regard innovative entrepreneurship as an important driving force for the development of economy, and the education of innovative entrepreneurship has been paid more and more attention. Vigorously carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education, establishing scientific and perfect personnel training methods, and cultivating more innovative entrepreneurial talents can not only comprehensively improve college students' innovative entrepreneurial ability and the quality of higher education, but also realize employment driven by entrepreneurship. Promote economic development, take the road of sustainable development, an important guarantee of a strong country. As a special group, college students of economics and management have specialized knowledge of economics and management, but because of the lack of promotion path of innovative entrepreneurial practice, it is necessary to study the cultivation of their innovative entrepreneurial ability. The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence mechanism of social network on innovative entrepreneurial ability of economic and management college students. First of all, on the basis of the research on the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education and social network relationship at home and abroad, this paper combs the related concepts and relationships, such as innovative entrepreneurial ability, social network and knowledge transfer of economic and management college students. Based on the research facts of this paper, a conceptual model is proposed and hypotheses are made. Secondly, through the way of questionnaire, this paper tries to understand the social network structure, the effect of knowledge transfer and the basic situation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of the college students of economics and management, and obtain the relevant data. The reliability and validity of the collected data are tested, and then the influence of each variable is determined by regression analysis, and the conceptual model is modified by using the structural equation model. On the basis of statistical analysis, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of social network of economic and management college students on innovation and entrepreneurship ability by taking knowledge transfer as intermediary. Finally, it is found that the four dimensions of social network (network centrality, network connection intensity, network heterogeneity and network dynamics) have a significant impact on innovative entrepreneurial ability. Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role between social network and innovative entrepreneurial ability of college students. The research results of this paper are of practical significance to improve and evaluate their own social network, and to enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. At the same time, from the perspective of social network relationship, this paper studies college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to improve the innovative entrepreneurship education system put forward a new research ideas.
