【摘要】：價(jià)值觀是主體對(duì)其他人或事物的看法和觀點(diǎn)在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的表現(xiàn),它通過人的行為取向?qū)κ挛锏脑u(píng)價(jià)態(tài)度做出反應(yīng),是驅(qū)使人們行為的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著國際交流的日趨頻繁,出現(xiàn)了各種思想交相融合、不同文明相互沖擊、多元文化價(jià)值相互共存的現(xiàn)象。這種現(xiàn)象使大學(xué)生骨干價(jià)值觀的教育工作面臨著復(fù)雜的環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)。因此對(duì)大學(xué)生骨干價(jià)值觀教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,目的在于積極有效地引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生骨干形成正確的價(jià)值觀,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興和建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾。本文通過借鑒國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)者的研究成果,結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析,從價(jià)值觀的角度對(duì)大學(xué)生骨干培育的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行深入的理論研究。文章首先對(duì)大學(xué)生骨干進(jìn)行了范圍界定,闡述了其具有的特征,并介紹了對(duì)其進(jìn)行價(jià)值觀教育的內(nèi)容、意義和作用。其次通過實(shí)際調(diào)查研究了大學(xué)生骨干價(jià)值觀教育的現(xiàn)狀,分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生骨干價(jià)值觀教育取得的成績和存在的問題,通過對(duì)成因進(jìn)行論述,試圖在把握骨干價(jià)值觀形成規(guī)律的過程中,找出對(duì)骨干進(jìn)行價(jià)值觀教育的方法途徑。最后通過分析,探索性的闡述了要引導(dǎo)和培育大學(xué)生骨干形成正確的價(jià)值觀,要在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的引導(dǎo)下,在堅(jiān)持科學(xué)引導(dǎo)原則、以人為本原則、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合原則和繼承與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合原則的基礎(chǔ)上,將學(xué)校、社會(huì)和家庭三方因素加以統(tǒng)籌,加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生骨干的價(jià)值觀教育的力度,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生骨干樹立正確的價(jià)值觀,為我國構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)培育主力軍。
[Abstract]:Value is the expression of the subject's views and viewpoints on other people or things in the ideological field. It responds to the evaluation attitude of things through the human behavior orientation and is the internal motive force to drive people's behavior. In today's society, with the increasing frequency of international exchanges, there is a phenomenon of the fusion of various ideas, the impact of different civilizations on each other, and the coexistence of multicultural values. This phenomenon makes the education of the backbone values of college students face complex environmental challenges. The purpose of this study is to guide the backbone of college students to form correct values and to provide strong backing for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the research results of excellent scholars at home and abroad and the analysis of field investigation data, this paper makes a deep theoretical study on the related problems of cultivating the backbone of college students from the perspective of values. This paper first defines the scope of the backbone of college students, expounds its characteristics, and introduces the content, significance and function of value education. Secondly, through the actual investigation and study of the status quo of the backbone value education of college students, the paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems in the education of the backbone values of college students, and discusses the causes of the problems. In the process of grasping the rules of the formation of backbone values, this paper tries to find out the ways to educate the backbone values. Finally, through the analysis, it is expounded that we should guide and cultivate the backbone of college students to form the correct values, under the guidance of the socialist core values, we should adhere to the principle of scientific guidance, people-oriented principle. On the basis of the principle of combining theory with practice and the principle of combining inheritance and innovation, the tripartite factors of school, society and family should be integrated as a whole to strengthen the education of college students' backbone values, and guide the students' backbone to set up correct values. To build a socialist harmonious society for China to cultivate the main force.
