【摘要】：高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型是供給側(cè)改革背景下的歷史選擇和客觀要求。結(jié)構(gòu)體系的重塑是高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型的核心問(wèn)題,轉(zhuǎn)型的終極目標(biāo)是高等教育體系的再次重構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)型是高等教育宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)布局與大學(xué)個(gè)體功能定位的深度融合。制度體系的再造是高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型的根本保障,高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型迫切需要系統(tǒng)的制度環(huán)境,制度創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵是優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)。構(gòu)建"結(jié)構(gòu)—制度"整合模式是全面達(dá)成轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵,建構(gòu)"結(jié)構(gòu)—制度"整合模式是全面推進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型之必需,實(shí)踐"結(jié)構(gòu)—制度"整合模式需要優(yōu)化三個(gè)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The transformation of higher education is the historical choice and objective requirement under the background of supply-side reform. The remolding of the structure system is the core problem of the transformation of higher education, the ultimate goal of the transformation is the re-reconstruction of the higher education system, and the transformation is the deep fusion of the macro-structure layout of higher education and the orientation of the individual function of the university. The reconstruction of institutional system is the fundamental guarantee of the transformation of higher education. The transformation of higher education urgently needs a systematic institutional environment, and the key of institutional innovation is to optimize the dynamic system of transformation. Structure-system integration model is the key to achieve the goal of transformation, structure-system integration model is necessary to promote the overall transformation, the practice of "structure-system" integration model needs to optimize the three mechanisms.
