高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著高校的不斷擴(kuò)招,我國(guó)高等教育的規(guī)模也迅速擴(kuò)大,高等教育的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題也成為高等教育中的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。而人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是高等教育質(zhì)量的核心,因此高等教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是高等教育質(zhì)量中至關(guān)重要的問(wèn)題。本研究在回顧相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及歸納相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)第四輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的相關(guān)指標(biāo),依據(jù)指標(biāo)選取原則,確定了高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并通過(guò)縱橫向拉開(kāi)檔次法構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型來(lái)對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)以我國(guó)12所高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)目前高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校在人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的問(wèn)題并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本研究的成果主要有三個(gè)方面:第.,根據(jù)我國(guó)教育部下發(fā)的第四輪學(xué)科評(píng)估中關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,確定了較為完善、合理的高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),其中包含了師資質(zhì)量、培養(yǎng)過(guò)程質(zhì)量、在校生質(zhì)量和畢業(yè)生質(zhì)量這三個(gè)維度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo);第二,構(gòu)建了用于評(píng)價(jià)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,通過(guò)編寫(xiě)代碼,利用MATLAB軟件對(duì)收集整理的576個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了處理與模型計(jì)算,得到了我國(guó)12所高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校在"十二五規(guī)劃"期間三年的動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)值;第三,利用綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量按最大序差范圍進(jìn)行了后續(xù)分析等研究,并通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校在人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題并給出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是應(yīng)用縱橫向拉開(kāi)檔次法建立高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,在求指標(biāo)權(quán)重時(shí)將時(shí)間這一隱含要素包含其中,較突出地體現(xiàn)了人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的動(dòng)態(tài)性,既從"橫向"上體現(xiàn)了高校之間的差異,同時(shí)又在"縱向"上反映了各高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的總體情況,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果具有可比性,并基于評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果運(yùn)用最大序差法對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,從而掌握我國(guó)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)能力在連續(xù)多時(shí)段內(nèi)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的綜合情況,為高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校的人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the scale of higher education in China is expanding rapidly, and the quality of higher education has become a hot issue in higher education. The quality of talent training is the core of the quality of higher education, so the quality of talent training of higher education is a crucial issue in the quality of higher education. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature and summarizing the relevant theories, according to the related indexes of the fourth round of discipline evaluation on the quality of personnel training, according to the principle of selecting indicators, the evaluation index of talent training quality in agricultural colleges and universities is determined. And the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by the method of vertical and horizontal pull open grade to study the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities. At the same time, taking 12 agricultural colleges and universities in China as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis. Through the analysis, the author finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges and universities at present and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main results of this study are as follows: first, according to the relevant contents of the fourth round of discipline evaluation issued by the Ministry of Education of China on the quality of personnel training, a relatively perfect and reasonable evaluation index of personnel training quality in agricultural colleges and universities has been determined. It includes three dimensions: the quality of teachers, the quality of training process, the quality of students in school and the quality of graduates. Secondly, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities. By writing code and using MATLAB software, the 576 data collected and collated are processed and calculated. The dynamic comprehensive evaluation values of 12 agricultural colleges and universities in the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan were obtained. Thirdly, by using the comprehensive evaluation results, the author makes a follow-up analysis on the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities according to the range of maximum order difference, and analyzes the evaluation results of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model. The problems existing in the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges and universities are found and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. The innovation of this study is to establish a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of talent training quality in agricultural colleges by using the longitudinal and horizontal pull level method, which includes the implicit factor of time when calculating the index weight. It reflects the dynamic nature of talent training quality evaluation, not only reflects the differences between colleges and universities from the "horizontal" point of view, but also reflects the overall situation of talent training quality in various colleges and universities in "vertical", and the evaluation results are comparable. Based on the evaluation results, the development trend of higher agricultural colleges is analyzed by using the method of maximum order difference, so as to grasp the comprehensive situation of the dynamic development of talents training ability of agricultural colleges and universities in China in continuous and multi-time periods. To provide assistance for the quality evaluation of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities.
