【摘要】：現(xiàn)代大學(xué)是在傳統(tǒng)大學(xué)與社會(huì)環(huán)境之間的互動(dòng)過程中形成的,大學(xué)使命的演變、功能的演進(jìn)和治理結(jié)構(gòu)的變革都與適應(yīng)社會(huì)息息相關(guān)。現(xiàn)代大學(xué)因適應(yīng)而"生",因適應(yīng)而"變",因適應(yīng)而"治",因適應(yīng)而"殤"。"適應(yīng)"是大學(xué)發(fā)展的基本邏輯,但絕不是全部邏輯或唯一邏輯,必須把"適應(yīng)"放在復(fù)雜的時(shí)代背景和社會(huì)關(guān)系當(dāng)中來理解。盡管大學(xué)應(yīng)適應(yīng)社會(huì),但不能迷失自我,需要在依賴中求獨(dú)立,在適應(yīng)中求超越。任何時(shí)代的大學(xué)都需要對(duì)其使命與功能進(jìn)行反思,大學(xué)越是向前發(fā)展、越是現(xiàn)代化,就越需要回顧過去、回到原點(diǎn)。只有在滿足社會(huì)需求基礎(chǔ)上謀求發(fā)展、適當(dāng)超越的大學(xué)才是現(xiàn)代大學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Modern universities are formed in the process of interaction between traditional universities and social environment. The evolution of university mission, the evolution of function and the change of governance structure are closely related to adapting to the society. Modern universities are "born" by adaptation, "changed" by adaptation, "treated" by adaptation and "mourning" by adaptation. " Adaptation "is the basic logic of university development, but it is not all logic or only logic." adaptation "must be understood in the complex background of the times and social relations." Although universities should adapt to society, they should not lose themselves. They should seek independence in dependence and transcendence in adaptation. Any university needs to reflect on its mission and function. The more it develops and modernizes, the more it needs to review the past and return to its origin. Only on the basis of meeting the needs of the society to seek development, the appropriate university is a modern university.
