分布式制造領(lǐng)域人才培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:本文分析了分布式制造技術(shù)所帶來的變革,認(rèn)為該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展將驅(qū)動有關(guān)行業(yè)各級各類人才需求;然后提出了分布式制造領(lǐng)域的人才培養(yǎng)理念、目標(biāo)、能力要求及在未來的教育教學(xué)模式。分析提出了分布式制造領(lǐng)域人才培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科支撐架構(gòu)和功能需求,考慮到在未來分布式制造模式環(huán)境下,涉及的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的廣度和深度,提出了采用過程式課程構(gòu)建模式和模塊式課程構(gòu)建模式相結(jié)合的方式構(gòu)建課程體系以及滿足人才培養(yǎng)的實驗實踐平臺要求。最后提出了一些有關(guān)體制保障方面的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the changes brought about by distributed manufacturing technology, and thinks that the development of this field will drive the demand for talents at all levels in the relevant industries. Then put forward the distributed manufacturing field of talent training concept, objectives, ability requirements and the future education and teaching model. This paper analyzes and puts forward the basic discipline supporting framework and functional requirements of talent training in distributed manufacturing field, considering the breadth and depth of the subject field involved in the future distributed manufacturing mode environment. This paper puts forward the method of combining the process curriculum construction model with the modular curriculum construction mode to construct the curriculum system and to meet the requirements of the experimental practice platform for talent training. Finally, some suggestions on system guarantee are put forward.
