【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),新媒體形態(tài)的日新月異,論壇、微博、微信、博客、電子郵件、QQ等新的傳播媒介的應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,使高校突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)對方式問題凸顯,為維護(hù)高校和諧穩(wěn)定,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造健康有序的校園生活環(huán)境,高校應(yīng)積極探索處置高校突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的科學(xué)策略,這是一項(xiàng)需要持續(xù)關(guān)注并認(rèn)真落實(shí)的重要課題。本論文從靜態(tài)角度對高校突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念、特征及變動(dòng)規(guī)律作出探討,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,針對分析結(jié)果總結(jié)出高校突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的危機(jī)研判方法,并針對高校在應(yīng)對各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情方面存在的預(yù)警缺位、交流機(jī)制不完善、管理保障機(jī)制不健全等諸多突出問題,系統(tǒng)全面地總結(jié)出高校突發(fā)事件網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)對策略,即要建立健全高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情預(yù)警機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情交流機(jī)制和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情管理保障機(jī)制,不斷完善大學(xué)生網(wǎng)民媒介素養(yǎng)教育培訓(xùn)制度,扎實(shí)推進(jìn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情事后追究與評估工作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the rapid development of new media, the emergence of new media, such as forum, Weibo, WeChat, blog, email, QQ, etc, has highlighted the traditional ways to deal with the public opinion about unexpected events in colleges and universities. In order to maintain the harmony and stability of colleges and universities and create a healthy and orderly living environment for college students, colleges and universities should actively explore the scientific strategies to deal with the network public opinion of university emergencies, which is an important subject that needs to be continuously paid attention to and conscientiously implemented. In this paper, the concept, characteristics and changing law of network public opinion of university emergency are discussed from the static point of view, and the present situation is analyzed by questionnaire survey. In view of the analysis results, this paper summarizes the crisis evaluation methods of the network public opinion of university emergencies, and aims at the outstanding problems such as the absence of early warning, the imperfect communication mechanism, the imperfect management guarantee mechanism, and so on, which exist in colleges and universities in dealing with various kinds of network public opinion. Systematically and comprehensively summarizes the network public opinion response strategy of university emergency, that is, to establish and improve the university network public opinion early warning mechanism, network public opinion guidance mechanism, network public opinion exchange mechanism and network public opinion management guarantee mechanism. The system of media literacy education and training for college students should be improved constantly, and the investigation and evaluation of network public opinion in colleges and universities should be carried out.
