“微時(shí)代”對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的影響與對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:As the main position of ideological education for college students, ideological and political education must keep pace with the development of the times. As the product of the progress of the times, the micro-era has the characteristics of rapid information dissemination, rich content and strong interactivity, which makes people's communication break the limitation of time and space. In particular, the continuous development and growth of micro-platforms such as WeChat, Weibo and so on, have been enthusiastically sought after by the group of college students. While enjoying the convenience brought about by the "micro-era", college students have also been influenced by the subtle influence on their value orientation while enjoying the convenience brought about by the "micro-era". Even some college students have distorted values. As ideological and political educators, we must pay attention to this problem, how to give full play to the positive effect of the "micro-era", and how to guide and educate correctly the values and behavioral paradigms of college students. It has become an important subject for ideological and political educators in colleges and universities to study. Firstly, based on the theory of the environment of ideological and political education, the theory of human's all-round development, the theory of social communication and the theory of audience, this paper makes a beneficial exploration and research on the ideological and political education of college students in the "micro-era". Through the method of literature research, this paper summarizes the mature practical experience of ideological and political education of college students at home and abroad, and provides an effective reference for further perfecting the system of ideological and political education of college students. It also further analyzes the significance of "micro-age" in improving the methods of ideological and political education for college students, optimizing the teaching contents and widening the channels and so on. Secondly, the questionnaire is the main, the interview is supplemented by field investigation, and the attitude and motivation of college students using micro-platform in Shaanxi Province are analyzed, and the characteristics of the current college students are summarized, such as diversification of value orientation and individuation of thinking. In addition, this paper probes into many problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students in the "micro-era", such as: the application efficiency of ideological and political education workers to the micro-platform is insufficient, the interaction enthusiasm of teachers and students is low, and the information feedback is less; Because of the complexity of network environment, the content of information dissemination is uneven and lack of attraction, the network supervision is not enough, the confusion caused by junk information and so on, and the reasons are deeply analyzed. Finally, it discusses how to give full play to the advantage of "micro age" and promote the ideological and political education of college students in an orderly way. The countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects: strengthening the self-discipline consciousness of college students, enhancing the overall level of the ideological and political education team, setting up a reasonable and standardized new network platform, and perfecting the related network supervision system. Following the pace of the development of "micro-era", the thesis constantly improves the working path of ideological and political education of college students, proceeding from respecting the subjective position of college students, while satisfying the needs of the development of college students' personality. It also pays attention to the cultivation of college students' ability of value cognition and social practice so as to help them shape their sound personality and promote their healthy growth.
