【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的增大,作為獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生部分在畢業(yè)后選擇自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的就業(yè)渠道,大部分學(xué)生“眼高手低”在找就業(yè)崗位時(shí)“高不成低不就”,再加上往年沒(méi)有就業(yè)的畢業(yè)生和社會(huì)剩余的勞動(dòng)力,對(duì)于畢業(yè)生來(lái)說(shuō)要想找到一份真正適合自己的工作無(wú)疑難上加難。而作為高校畢業(yè)生來(lái)說(shuō),是一個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展的重要力量,也是最具創(chuàng)業(yè)潛力的群體,并且他們應(yīng)當(dāng)在就業(yè)觀念轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮重要的作用,這也就為GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院的發(fā)展和改革提出了一個(gè)新的課題--如何做好GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究,提高大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí),增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,既是GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院的教育職責(zé),也是響應(yīng)政府號(hào)召的舉措。本論文以GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展為例,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析,得出在GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的勢(shì)在必行和實(shí)施的緊迫性,并指出在GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院開(kāi)展此類教育的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。近幾年來(lái),學(xué)院通過(guò)宣傳引導(dǎo),發(fā)揮大學(xué)生黨員、干部等的帶頭作用,激發(fā)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情,推動(dòng)了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的全員化、全程化和專業(yè)化。通過(guò)開(kāi)展以不同年級(jí)和不同專業(yè)的雙創(chuàng)教育,加強(qiáng)“指導(dǎo)服務(wù)-幫扶支持-資金保障-評(píng)價(jià)反饋”四位一體的機(jī)制保障,形成了一定的體系建設(shè)。在已經(jīng)取得初步成效基礎(chǔ)上充分分析GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院在該項(xiàng)工作開(kāi)展中存在的師資力量薄弱,開(kāi)展平臺(tái)較少,學(xué)生的素質(zhì)有待提高等不足之處及原因,并據(jù)此提出構(gòu)建GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院關(guān)于開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的想法建議及實(shí)施途徑,以此提升大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),從而達(dá)到促進(jìn)GQ獨(dú)立學(xué)院開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的目的。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the social competition pressure, as the independent college students choose the employment channel of independent entrepreneurship after graduation, most students "have a high eye" and "high or low" when looking for a job. Coupled with previous jobless graduates and society's surplus labor force, finding a job that really suits them makes it harder for graduates to find a job. As a college graduate, it is an important force in the development of a country, and also the group with the most entrepreneurial potential, and they should play an important role in the process of changing the concept of employment. This has put forward a new topic for the development and reform of GQ Independent College: how to do well the research on innovative entrepreneurship education of GQ Independent College students, improve their consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhance their innovative entrepreneurial ability. It is both the educational responsibility of the GQ Independent College and the response to the government's call. Taking the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in GQ Independent College as an example, this paper analyzes the development of innovative entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, and concludes that it is imperative and urgent to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education in GQ Independent College. It also points out the theoretical and practical significance of carrying out this kind of education in GQ Independent College. In recent years, through propaganda and guidance, the college has brought into play the leading role of college students' party members and cadres, inspired the enthusiasm of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and promoted the education of innovation and entrepreneurship as a whole. Through carrying out mass entrepreneurship and innovation education with different grades and specialties, strengthening the mechanism guarantee of "guidance service, help support, fund guarantee and evaluation feedback", a certain system construction was formed. On the basis of the preliminary results obtained, this paper fully analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of the GQ Independent College in carrying out this work, such as the weakness of teachers, the lack of development platform, the improvement of students' quality, and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward some suggestions and implementation ways to construct GQ Independent College on the development of innovative entrepreneurship education, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, and thus achieve the purpose of promoting innovative entrepreneurship education in GQ Independent College.
