【摘要】：大學(xué)生干部是高校大學(xué)生群體中的先進(jìn)分子,肩負(fù)著服務(wù)學(xué)生、帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生奮斗成長(zhǎng)的歷史使命。大學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力即大學(xué)生干部的影響力,通過(guò)充分發(fā)揮其個(gè)人影響力,團(tuán)結(jié)全體學(xué)生積極向上,堅(jiān)定馬克思主義理想信念,成為德才兼?zhèn)�、全面發(fā)展的人才。由此,大學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究成為高校思想政治教育研究的重要命題。為順應(yīng)青年大學(xué)生干部全面發(fā)展的需要,本文以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)為研究主題,以大學(xué)生干部為研究對(duì)象,為大學(xué)提供培養(yǎng)學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的途徑與方法,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生干部成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)型的實(shí)用人才。研究過(guò)程中,本文堅(jiān)持以馬克思主義為科學(xué)指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用馬克思主義的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)以及方法研究問(wèn)題,采用質(zhì)的研究方法中的訪談法,隨機(jī)抽取廣州部分大學(xué)的學(xué)生、學(xué)生干部和教師作為訪談對(duì)象,深入了解不同的被訪談對(duì)象不同類型的材料,用扎根理論深入了解并從中發(fā)掘大學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題,另外還采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法為本論文提供更多的內(nèi)容參考與方式構(gòu)建。通過(guò)扎根理論將概念之間建立起聯(lián)系,研究結(jié)果根據(jù)自下而上形成理論,反映出當(dāng)前大學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)呈現(xiàn)學(xué)生群體對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力沒(méi)有達(dá)成共識(shí)、學(xué)生干部思想政治引領(lǐng)不顯著、學(xué)生干部服務(wù)意識(shí)差異較大和學(xué)生干部影響作用輻射范圍有限等問(wèn)題;提升大學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力培養(yǎng)的路徑可更新學(xué)生干部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力教育觀念、發(fā)揮思想政治引領(lǐng)作用、提升學(xué)生干部的服務(wù)水平和學(xué)生干部的影響力。
[Abstract]:College student cadres are the advanced elements in the college students group, which shoulder the historical mission of serving students and leading students to struggle and grow. The university student cadre leadership is the university student cadre influence, through fully exerts its personal influence, unifies all the students to be positive, the firm Marxism ideal belief, becomes the talented person with both ability and ability, the all-round development. Therefore, the research of college students' cadre leadership has become an important proposition in the research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of the all-round development of the young college cadres, this paper takes the leadership training as the research theme, takes the university cadres as the research object, and provides the ways and methods for the universities to cultivate the student cadres' leadership. In order to cultivate student cadres to become leaders of practical talent. In the course of the research, this paper insists on taking Marxism as the scientific guidance, applies the Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method to study the problems, adopts the interview method in the qualitative research method, and randomly selects the students from some universities in Guangzhou. Student cadres and teachers as interview objects, in-depth understanding of different types of materials interviewed, with the root theory to understand and explore the existing problems in the leadership of college students cadres, In addition, literature research method and comparative research method are used to provide more content reference and method construction for this paper. According to the bottom-up formation theory, the research results show that there is no consensus on the leadership of the current college student cadre training, and the ideological and political guidance of the student cadre is not significant. The difference of service consciousness of student cadres is great and the radiation range of student cadres' influence is limited. Improving the path of college student cadres' leadership training can renew the concept of student cadres' leadership education, play a leading role in ideology and politics, and enhance the service level of student cadres and the influence of student cadres.
