【摘要】：專業(yè)課教師是高校立德樹人的重要力量,他們對大學生的品德成長與個人發(fā)展都起著潛移默化的重要作用。當前,專業(yè)課教師在高校德育過程中存在德育作用發(fā)揮不夠、與學工系統(tǒng)合力作用發(fā)揮不夠、自身壓力大無暇顧及學生德育等問題。為此,要從制度上完善全員育人的工作體系,從組織上暢通德育主渠道系統(tǒng)內(nèi)外的溝通渠道,構(gòu)建積極的師生關(guān)系,不斷推動專業(yè)課教師在高校德育中發(fā)揮更大作用。
[Abstract]:The professional course teachers are the important force to build up the moral character and the personal development of college students, and they play an important role in the moral growth and personal development of college students. At present, professional teachers in the process of moral education in colleges and universities moral education role is not enough, with the system of learning and work to play a role is not enough, their own pressure too much time to take care of students' moral education and other issues. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the working system of educating people from the system, unblock the communication channels inside and outside the main channels of moral education, construct the positive teacher-student relationship, and constantly promote the professional teachers to play a greater role in moral education in colleges and universities.
