【摘要】：東西方文化內(nèi)容豐富,特色鮮明。在全球一體化的當(dāng)下,汲取西方文化精華,將其運(yùn)用在我國高校舞蹈教育課堂,使東西方文化在碰撞中交融互通,促進(jìn)高校舞蹈教育的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展是當(dāng)下高校教育者的使命。本文從西方舞蹈治療在高校舞蹈即興課堂中的運(yùn)用為例,通過借鑒西方舞蹈治療的方法,從心理學(xué)的維度,打開學(xué)生的思維,關(guān)注身心整合的同時強(qiáng)化自身覺察意識和身體體驗(yàn),使身體在不同模式刺激下感受"覺醒""復(fù)蘇""掙脫"的過程,從而建構(gòu)新的身體語言體系,使身體在東西方文化的交融中靈活運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:The eastern and western cultures are rich in content and distinctive in their characteristics. In the present time of global integration, drawing on the essence of western culture, applying it to the dance education classroom of colleges and universities in our country, making the eastern and western cultures intermingle in the collision, and promoting the progress and development of the dance education in colleges and universities is the mission of the present university educators. This article from the western dance therapy in the university dance impromptu classroom application as an example, through drawing lessons from the western dance treatment method, from the psychology dimension, opens the student's thought, Paying attention to the integration of body and mind, strengthening the consciousness of self awareness and body experience, making the body feel the process of "awakening", "reviving" and "breaking free" under the stimulation of different modes, so as to construct a new body language system. The body can be used flexibly in the blend of eastern and western cultures.
