【摘要】：在中國(guó),究竟哪些因素對(duì)在校大學(xué)生是否參與志愿服務(wù)產(chǎn)生影響?我們通過(guò)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),除性別外,年級(jí)、政治面貌、學(xué)生干部情況、學(xué)科、學(xué)分要求均對(duì)志愿服務(wù)參與率產(chǎn)生影響;不同類(lèi)型行為動(dòng)機(jī)的影響力不同,"主動(dòng)型"動(dòng)機(jī)大于"被動(dòng)型"動(dòng)機(jī),"利己型"動(dòng)機(jī)與"利他型"動(dòng)機(jī)影響力相當(dāng),"人力資本導(dǎo)向型"動(dòng)機(jī)影響力最大;各外部支持與制約因素對(duì)參與率產(chǎn)生不同程度的促進(jìn)和限制作用;高效優(yōu)質(zhì)的培訓(xùn)可以提高大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)參與率。
[Abstract]:In China, what factors have an impact on the participation of college students in voluntary service? We find that, except gender, grade, political outlook, student cadres, subject, credit requirements all have an impact on the participation rate of voluntary service; The influence of different types of behavior motivation is different, "active" motivation is greater than "passive" motivation, "egoism" motivation has the same influence as "altruistic" motivation, and "human capital oriented" motivation has the greatest influence; The external support and restriction factors can promote and restrict the participation rate to some extent, and the high quality training can improve the participation rate of college students in volunteer service.
