【摘要】：大學(xué)生是青年群體的重要組成部分,是國家和民族的希望與未來,他們的敬業(yè)精神的狀況如何,關(guān)系著他們所從事職業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),關(guān)系著國家的前途命運(yùn)。黨的十八大報(bào)告提出“倡導(dǎo)愛國、敬業(yè)、誠信、友善,積極培育社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀”,從個(gè)人層面上提出了敬業(yè)的要求,為大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神的培育提供了理論支持。加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育,指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)行為,解決當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)中存在的問題,提升大學(xué)生的職業(yè)素質(zhì)。這也是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)下人才發(fā)展的需要,是大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的需要,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)的需要。本文借鑒已有的相關(guān)研究成果,在馬克思主義理論的指導(dǎo)下,以理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合為原則,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、系統(tǒng)分析、實(shí)證研究等多種方法,首先,對(duì)敬業(yè)精神相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,厘清敬業(yè)精神與職業(yè)精神的關(guān)聯(lián)性,從當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的敬業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、大學(xué)生特點(diǎn)、社會(huì)角色出發(fā),在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的理論引導(dǎo)下,闡釋了培育大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神的重要性。其次,通過對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神的現(xiàn)狀的研究,就目前大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育存在的缺陷,進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,在大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,探討涉及學(xué)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)文化、輿論導(dǎo)向、榜樣示范和社會(huì)實(shí)踐等在內(nèi)的培育格局,以期為加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神、在職業(yè)生涯中獲得更好的發(fā)展提供借鑒。學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神的培養(yǎng)是一項(xiàng)比較艱巨的任務(wù),需要長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持。要切實(shí)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育的效性和針對(duì)性,必須明確大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育的素質(zhì)性目標(biāo)、價(jià)值性目標(biāo)、方向性目標(biāo)、層次性目標(biāo)和時(shí)代性目標(biāo),必須明確大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神培育的主要內(nèi)容包括職業(yè)價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)責(zé)任感、職業(yè)道德觀和職業(yè)榮譽(yù)感等,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭、個(gè)人和國外各方面切實(shí)探討培育大學(xué)生敬業(yè)精神的舉措,以培養(yǎng)具有較強(qiáng)敬業(yè)精神的人才。
[Abstract]:College students are an important part of the youth group. They are the hope and future of the country and the nation. The status of their professionalism is related to the development trend of their occupation and the future and destiny of the country. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) puts forward "advocating patriotism, devotion to work, honesty, friendliness and positive cultivation of socialist core values", which puts forward the requirement of respecting one's profession from the personal level and provides theoretical support for the cultivation of college students' professionalism. To strengthen the cultivation of college students' professionalism, to guide their professional behavior, to solve the problems existing in their careers, and to improve their professional quality. This is also the need of the development of talents under the socialist market, the needs of the all-round development of college students, and the need of Chinese Dream, who realizes the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, this paper uses literature research, systematic analysis, empirical research and other methods as the principle to combine theory with practice. To define the related concepts of professionalism, clarify the relationship between professionalism and professionalism, from the current status of college students' engagement, characteristics of college students, social roles, under the guidance of the socialist core values theory, This paper expounds the importance of cultivating college students' professionalism. Secondly, through the research on the present situation of college students' professionalism, this paper analyzes the causes of the defects in the cultivation of college students' professionalism. Finally, on the basis of the cultivation goal and content of college students' professionalism, this paper probes into the cultivation pattern involving study, traditional culture, public opinion guidance, example demonstration and social practice, in order to strengthen college students' professionalism. Get better development in career to provide reference. The cultivation of students'professionalism is a difficult task and needs to be persisted for a long time. In order to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the cultivation of college students' professionalism, we must make clear the quality goal, the value goal, the directional goal, the hierarchical goal and the epoch goal of the cultivation of college students' professionalism. It must be made clear that the main contents of the cultivation of college students' professionalism include professional values, professional responsibility, professional ethics and professional pride, etc., on this basis, from the society, school, family, and so on, In order to cultivate talents with strong professionalism, the measures of cultivating college students' professionalism are discussed in both individual and foreign countries.
