【摘要】：《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》實(shí)施五年來(lái),隨著"本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量與教學(xué)改革工程"持續(xù)推進(jìn),教學(xué)改革不斷深化,本科教學(xué)規(guī)范得以重建;隨著"五位一體"的本科教學(xué)評(píng)估制度體系建設(shè),以"自我評(píng)估為核心"的高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障體系在部分高校已經(jīng)初具形態(tài);探索建立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度,完善高校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),為大眾化高等教育時(shí)代的高校獨(dú)立辦學(xué)、自主發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),高校內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題也顯而易見(jiàn)。未來(lái)5~10年,我國(guó)高校要完善內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校發(fā)展的各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the past five years since the implementation of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), along with the continuous promotion of the "undergraduate Teaching quality and Teaching Reform Project", the teaching reform has been deepened and the undergraduate teaching standard has been rebuilt. With the construction of the "five-in-one" undergraduate teaching evaluation system, the teaching quality assurance system with "self-assessment as the core" has taken shape in some colleges and universities. This paper explores the establishment of the modern university system and the improvement of the internal governance structure of the university so as to lay a foundation for the independent running and independent development of the university in the era of mass higher education. At the same time, there are obvious problems in the construction of internal quality assurance system in colleges and universities. In the next 5 ~ 10 years, colleges and universities in our country should perfect the construction of internal quality assurance system and realize the goals of school development.
