【摘要】：通過對2010—2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)綜合聲譽、人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、造富能力、籌資費用等高校指標(biāo)對校友捐贈的確有顯著正向影響;而"985工程"高校也和校友捐贈收入顯著正相關(guān),這也從側(cè)面反映出"985工程"高校的校友認(rèn)可度高于其他高校。提高人才培養(yǎng)、科研能力、提高綜合聲譽,積極開展籌資活動可以幫助高校更好地開發(fā)校友資源,獲得更多的校友捐贈。
[Abstract]:Through the regression analysis of panel data from 2010 to 2014, it is found that comprehensive reputation, talent training, scientific research, ability of making rich, raising funds and other indicators have a significant positive impact on alumni donation. The "Project 985" also has a significant positive correlation with the alumni donation income, which also reflects that the alumni recognition of the "Project 985" is higher than that of other universities. Improving talent training, scientific research ability, comprehensive reputation, and actively raising funds can help colleges and universities develop alumni resources better and obtain more alumni donations.
