學(xué)術(shù)主導(dǎo)、分類驅(qū)動、協(xié)同推進——我國大學(xué)院系治理機制探究

【摘要】:作為大學(xué)二級機構(gòu)的學(xué)院(系)是大學(xué)各項職能的直接承擔(dān)者和組織者,院系治理已逐漸成為現(xiàn)代大學(xué)治理的核心所在。我國高校的治理改革可先行探索基層學(xué)術(shù)組織治理改革,形成"自下而上"的改革倒逼機制,進而推動整個高等教育管理體制的改革。院系治理改革需要堅持治理理念,遵循利益相關(guān)者原則,推進"學(xué)術(shù)主導(dǎo)"、"分類驅(qū)動"和"協(xié)同推進"三種治理機制的變革。
[Abstract]:As the secondary institution of the university, the college (department) is the direct bearer and organizer of the functions of the university, and the governance of the college and department has gradually become the core of the modern university governance. The reform of governance in colleges and universities in our country can first explore the reform of the governance of grass-roots academic organizations, and form a "bottom-up" reform forcing mechanism, thus promoting the reform of the management system of the whole higher education. The reform of college and department governance needs to adhere to the concept of governance, follow the principle of stakeholders, and promote the reform of three governance mechanisms, namely, "academic leading", "classification drive" and "cooperative promotion".
