【摘要】：采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法,對(duì)我國(guó)6所體育院校一線英語(yǔ)教師及院系負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行調(diào)查。主要結(jié)論:體育院校英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍年輕化趨勢(shì)明顯,教師學(xué)歷以碩士為主,博士學(xué)位人數(shù)較少;教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展意識(shí)強(qiáng)烈,但教學(xué)負(fù)擔(dān)較重,教學(xué)與科研發(fā)展不均衡,教師個(gè)人專業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏科學(xué)的指導(dǎo);通過(guò)十多年的專業(yè)建設(shè),英語(yǔ)教師體育知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備有較大發(fā)展,但還缺乏專門的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。建議:著力提升在職教師學(xué)歷水平,提高教師專業(yè)化水準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建具有體育院校特色的英語(yǔ)教師教育與發(fā)展模式,滿足教師發(fā)展的需求。
[Abstract]:The first line English teachers and heads of departments of 6 physical education colleges in China were investigated by means of questionnaire. The main conclusions are as follows: the English teachers in physical education colleges tend to be younger, with master's degree as the main education and less doctorate degree; Teachers have a strong sense of independent professional development, but the burden of teaching is heavy, the development of teaching and scientific research is not balanced, and teachers' personal professional development lacks scientific guidance. Through more than ten years of professional construction, English teachers' physical education knowledge reserve has been greatly developed, but there is still a lack of special long-term mechanism. Suggestions: to improve the level of in-service teachers' academic qualifications, to improve the professional level of teachers, to build a special model of English teachers' education and development with the characteristics of physical education institutions, to meet the needs of teachers' development.
