【摘要】：新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)高校外聘流動(dòng)黨員的教育管理,既是貫徹落實(shí)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的重要舉措,也是改進(jìn)高校思想政治教育工作的有效抓手。高校黨組織要提高認(rèn)識(shí),負(fù)起對(duì)外聘流動(dòng)黨員進(jìn)行教育管理的主體責(zé)任;要健全組織機(jī)構(gòu),在黨務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)部門中設(shè)立負(fù)責(zé)外聘流動(dòng)黨員教育管理的專職部門,不斷加強(qiáng)高校外聘流動(dòng)黨員教育管理隊(duì)伍的建設(shè);要加強(qiáng)教育管理的制度化規(guī)范化,為高校外聘流動(dòng)黨員的教育管理工作提供制度保障,順應(yīng)外聘流動(dòng)黨員教育管理的新形勢(shì)和新要求。
[Abstract]:In the new period, strengthening the educational management of the external floating party members in colleges and universities is not only an important measure to carry out the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, but also an effective grasp of improving the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The Party organizations in colleges and universities should raise their awareness, assume the main responsibility for the education and management of the external floating party members, improve the organization and set up a full-time department responsible for the education and management of the external floating party members in the party affairs organization departments. We should constantly strengthen the construction of the educational management team of external floating party members in colleges and universities, strengthen the institutionalization and standardization of education management, and provide a system guarantee for the education and management work of external floating party members in colleges and universities. Comply with the new situation and new requirements of external floating Party members' education management.
