【摘要】：調(diào)研分析表明,"第一代大學(xué)生"在職業(yè)生源規(guī)劃中表現(xiàn)出了很多特點(diǎn),有利有弊。有些特點(diǎn)使其在生涯規(guī)劃的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)一定的問題,比如在規(guī)劃中缺少來自家庭的指導(dǎo),具有一定的盲目性;在擇業(yè)時(shí)又存在一定的不自信等。文章通過這些研究進(jìn)一步提出了關(guān)于"第一代大學(xué)生"就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的建議,以便在實(shí)際工作中幫助這些家庭的"第一代大學(xué)生"更合理地規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯。
[Abstract]:The investigation and analysis show that the first generation of college students has many characteristics, good and bad, in the planning of vocational students. Some characteristics make it appear certain problems in career planning, such as the lack of guidance from family in the planning, with certain blindness, and there is a certain lack of confidence in choosing a career. Through these studies, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the employment guidance of "first-generation college students", so as to help the "first-generation college students" of these families to plan their career more reasonably in practical work.
