新時(shí)代大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育研究

【摘要】:勞動(dòng)是人類社會(huì)賴以生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。勞動(dòng)與教育的相結(jié)合是我國(guó)一貫重視的教育方針。新時(shí)代的大學(xué)生作為即將進(jìn)入社會(huì)成為勞動(dòng)者的群體,通過(guò)勞動(dòng)教育培養(yǎng)其社會(huì)生存能力以及對(duì)自身的全面發(fā)展都具有重要意義。然而,隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,勞動(dòng)教育在教育視野中有逐漸淡化的趨勢(shì)。因此,新時(shí)代加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育的研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分,前兩個(gè)部分梳理了有關(guān)勞動(dòng)教育的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜獻(xiàn),分析了大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育的概念以及相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)和政策依據(jù)。第三部分著重研究大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育對(duì)人的全面發(fā)展的促進(jìn),通過(guò)勞動(dòng)教育對(duì)大學(xué)生德育、智育、體育、美育這四方面的促進(jìn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究,說(shuō)明了新時(shí)代的勞動(dòng)教育不僅是讓學(xué)生學(xué)到勞動(dòng)技能和本領(lǐng),更是令其從思想和心靈上受到啟迪和磨礪,不僅僅是使其成為德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的人才,更深層次的含義是讓個(gè)體生命的潛能得到充分自由、全面和諧的發(fā)展。第四部分對(duì)當(dāng)目前大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育存在問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析研究,得出了造成勞動(dòng)教育邊緣化的主要原因有:受傳統(tǒng)觀念和社會(huì)環(huán)境的影響;勞動(dòng)教育被誤認(rèn)為懲戒手段、利益工具;高校勞動(dòng)教育課程缺乏,現(xiàn)有的勞動(dòng)教育缺乏內(nèi)在教育性等;無(wú)健全的勞動(dòng)教育管理體系、制度體系等等。第五部分討論了高校有效開(kāi)展大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)教育的途徑和措施,主要從樹(shù)立高校勞動(dòng)教育理念、健全機(jī)制、完善課程設(shè)置、加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human society. The combination of labor and education is the educational policy that our country always attaches importance to. College students in the new era, as a group of laborers, are of great significance to cultivate their social survival ability and their all-round development through labor education. However, with the progress of society and the development of economy, labor education has a tendency of desalination in the field of education. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the study of labor education for college students in the new era. This paper is divided into five parts, the first two parts combing the domestic and foreign research on labor education, analyzes the concept of labor education of college students and the relevant theoretical basis and policy basis. The third part focuses on the promotion of college students' labor education to the all-round development of people, through labor education to promote the moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education of the four aspects of the promotion of a detailed study. It shows that labor education in the new era is not only to enable students to learn labor skills and skills, but also to enlighten and sharpen their minds and minds, and not only to make them become talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical integrity, beauty and labor. The deeper meaning is to make the potential of individual life fully free and develop harmoniously. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the labor education of college students, and concludes that the main reasons for the marginalization of the labor education are: influenced by the traditional ideas and social environment; the labor education is mistaken as a means of punishment. Interest tools; the lack of labor education curriculum, the existing labor education lack of inherent education, etc.; there is no sound labor education management system, system and so on. The fifth part discusses the ways and measures to carry out the labor education of college students effectively, mainly from the aspects of setting up the concept of labor education in colleges and universities, perfecting the mechanism, perfecting the curriculum and strengthening the construction of campus culture.
