【摘要】：高等教育供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革與高校轉(zhuǎn)型存在一定的相關(guān)性,將有力地推動(dòng)高校轉(zhuǎn)型。供給側(cè)改革背景下的高校轉(zhuǎn)型,應(yīng)該保持理性,遵循自身發(fā)展邏輯,回歸到大學(xué)根本,以科學(xué)理性思維重新審視大學(xué)問題;應(yīng)立足國家、社會(huì)對(duì)高等教育的需求,要遵循教育規(guī)律,堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)定性、生態(tài)多樣性、知識(shí)體系性、學(xué)術(shù)性、高等性和卓越性的六"性"定位理念,重構(gòu)高等教育供給側(cè)改革這部宏大敘事,推動(dòng)高等教育轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform of higher education has a certain correlation with the transformation of colleges and universities, which will promote the transformation of colleges and universities. Under the background of supply-side reform, the transformation of colleges and universities should be rational, follow the logic of their own development, return to the root of the university, re-examine the university problems with scientific rational thinking, and should be based on the needs of the country and society for higher education. We should follow the rules of education, adhere to the "six" orientation concept of stability, ecological diversity, knowledge system, academic nature, higher quality and excellence, reconstruct the grand narrative of the supply-side reform of higher education, and promote the transformation and development of higher education.
