【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在"雙創(chuàng)"和新一代信息技術(shù)的引領(lǐng)下,新產(chǎn)品、新服務(wù)、新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài)層出不窮,對工程科技人才需求日益旺盛,進(jìn)而對工程教育提出了新要求,期望高校通過新工科建設(shè)為社會培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型跨界人才。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和企業(yè)需求出發(fā),結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國高校工程教育現(xiàn)狀,深刻剖析在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過程中經(jīng)濟(jì)決策能力的內(nèi)涵,詳細(xì)闡述了培養(yǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)決策能力的重要意義,明確經(jīng)濟(jì)決策能力是新工科培養(yǎng)的工程科技人才的應(yīng)有能力,提出了一種將技術(shù)知識與經(jīng)濟(jì)決策知識相融合的方法論、并通過內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量評價(jià)體系持續(xù)改進(jìn)并優(yōu)化的經(jīng)濟(jì)決策能力培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,以期為相關(guān)院校工程專業(yè)建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, under the guidance of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and a new generation of information technology, new products, new services, new industries, and new forms of business emerge endlessly, and the demand for engineering science and technology personnel is increasingly strong, thus putting forward new requirements for engineering education. It is expected that colleges and universities will cultivate complex cross-border talents for the society through the construction of new engineering subjects. Based on the development of economy and society and the needs of enterprises, this paper analyzes the connotation of economic decision-making ability in the process of technological innovation and new product development, combining with the current situation of engineering education in colleges and universities in China. This paper expounds in detail the important significance of training the economic decision-making ability, clarifies that the economic decision-making ability is the necessary ability of the engineering science and technology personnel trained in the new engineering subject, and puts forward a methodology to combine the technical knowledge with the economic decision-making knowledge. And through the continuous improvement and optimization of economic decision-making ability training mechanism of internal and external quality evaluation system, this paper hopes to provide reference for the construction of engineering major in relevant colleges and universities.
