成都GY學(xué)院教工食堂修繕基建工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究
[Abstract]:This paper mainly focuses on the conventional management of the quality of college capital construction projects, further improving the quality of the projects, and exploring the innovative management methods of the quality of the capital construction projects in colleges and universities. Despite the rapid progress of the grass-roots construction in colleges and universities in China in recent years, there are still some outstanding problems in some aspects, especially in the management and control of the engineering quality of the infrastructure construction in colleges and universities. For example, the overall quality management of the project is not clear, the quality assurance system of the project is not running smoothly, and the causes include the imperfect infrastructure management system, the imperfect appraisal and incentive mechanism, Therefore, most colleges and universities in our country belong to state-owned assets. Strengthening the quality management of university infrastructure projects can strengthen the quality supervision of university projects and guarantee the quality of state-owned assets. Appear very urgent and important. Chengdu GY College Restaurant has many contents, strict quality requirements and tight schedule. In order to build this project smoothly, Chengdu GY Institute adopted a new strategy of improving quality management, and under the guidance of management experts, TQC (Total quality Management) was applied to the capital construction project. The overall quality management of engineering items should follow three key procedures, and do well in quality planning, quality control and quality improvement according to the sequence, and each link has its own outstanding key points. This important point is to solve the problems in some aspects in the quality management of the domestic infrastructure projects in China, and to effectively adopt the more powerful management measures in accordance with the characteristics. In the process of detailed planning for their quality, the key point of the work is to strive to improve the management ability of the leadership and the professional standard of the staff. In order to improve the cognition of the quality management of all the staff and make great efforts for the perfection of the quality management system, this is the key point of the all-around quality management of the foundation construction. In the process of quality improvement, the key work is to perfect the evaluation and personnel incentive mechanism of school capital construction projects, and to use the technical tools of quality analysis and management flexibly to serve the quality management of capital construction projects. This way of implementing TQM not only maintains the comprehensiveness and systematicness of quality management under the guidance of TQC theory, but also highlights the emphases of the work. In addition to carrying out regular management of the quality of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities, in order to further improve the quality of the projects, it is also necessary to carry out research and explore the methods of innovative management of the quality of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities. Among them, we should hire and set up specialized management teams of the infrastructure projects in colleges and universities. Establishing and perfecting the quality management information system and vigorously promoting the quality school representative responsibility system and the quality lifelong responsibility system are all good methods worth popularizing, which is beneficial to the improvement of the quality management level of the capital construction projects in colleges and universities.
