【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的以學(xué)科為中心的三段式醫(yī)學(xué)課程模式已很難滿足現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)教育的需求,而課程整合是一項重要的教學(xué)改革模式。安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院在5年制臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)部分小班中實施了基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)課程整合。該整合課程體系由兩部分模塊組成,第一部分模塊以學(xué)科知識為連線進行整合,包括生命的化學(xué)、感染與免疫及基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)導(dǎo)論等3個模塊課程;第二部分模塊基于人體器官系統(tǒng)整合的消化系統(tǒng)、心血管系統(tǒng)等9個模塊課程,各模塊課程教學(xué)分別在第二學(xué)期至第五學(xué)期進行。整合課程體系教學(xué)實施取得了一定的成效,但也存在著學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)模式、教學(xué)效果評價等問題,需要在今后教學(xué)實踐中不斷地探討和改進來加以解決。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to meet the needs of modern medical education in the traditional three-stage medical curriculum model, which is centered on the subject, and curriculum integration is an important teaching reform model. The College of basic Medicine of Anhui Medical University implemented the course integration of basic medicine in some small classes of 5-year clinical medicine major. The integrated curriculum system is composed of two modules. The first part integrates the subject knowledge, including the chemistry of life, infection and immunity, and the introduction of basic medicine. The second part of the module is based on the integration of human organ system digestive system, cardiovascular system and other nine module courses, each module teaching from the second semester to the fifth semester. The implementation of integrated curriculum system has made some achievements, but there are still some problems such as students' learning mode and teaching effect evaluation, which need to be solved in teaching practice in the future.
