基于知識資本的大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識創(chuàng)新可極大的推動社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,這就更加突顯出高校作為創(chuàng)新成果主要產(chǎn)出體的作用。然而,當(dāng)今時(shí)代的創(chuàng)新不能只依靠單一的學(xué)科和個(gè)體,它需要跨學(xué)科的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。因此,大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究就顯得尤為重要,本文將從知識資本的視角出發(fā),研究其通過知識整合的中介作用如何影響大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力,為該領(lǐng)域的研究提出一個(gè)新的方向。本文的主要研究目的是弄清知識資本、知識整合、大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力之間的作用關(guān)系。首先,運(yùn)用相關(guān)性分析的方法,分析高?萍紕(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)數(shù)量與高校科技創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系,引申出影響大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的因素,界定大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)的概念,分析大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展的障礙,建立提升大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的評價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)一步引申出影響大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的因素;其次,在參考國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對知識資本、知識整合和大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的文獻(xiàn)研究上,界定知識資本和大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的維度及測量指標(biāo),分析本文應(yīng)用的知識整合機(jī)制;然后,探討了知識資本各維度對大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力的影響情況和知識整合的中介作用,構(gòu)建了知識資本各維度對大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力影響的理論研究模型;最后,采用調(diào)查問卷的方式收集數(shù)據(jù),通過多元線性回歸分析的方法,檢驗(yàn)本文提出的假設(shè)和理論研究模型,得出結(jié)論,并提出相應(yīng)的建議。本文的主要研究結(jié)論是:知識資本的人力、結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)系、創(chuàng)新資本維度對大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力、知識吸收能力和成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力有正向影響,且該影響包括直接影響和間接影響,其影響程度也不同。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是科學(xué)地將知識資本、知識整合、大學(xué)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新能力三大體系結(jié)合起來研究,拓寬該領(lǐng)域的研究范疇。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation can greatly promote the social and economic development, which highlights the role of colleges and universities as the main output of innovative achievements. However, today's innovation can not only rely on a single discipline and individual, it requires interdisciplinary teamwork. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the impact of university interdisciplinary team innovation ability. This paper will study how it affects the university interdisciplinary team innovation ability through the intermediary role of knowledge integration from the perspective of knowledge capital. A new direction is proposed for the research in this field. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship among knowledge capital, knowledge integration and the innovation ability of university interdisciplinary team. First of all, by using the method of correlation analysis, this paper analyzes the relationship between the number of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities and the ability of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, deduces the factors that affect the innovation ability of university interdisciplinary teams, and defines the concept of university interdisciplinary teams. This paper analyzes the obstacles to the development of the university interdisciplinary team innovation ability, establishes the evaluation index to enhance the university interdisciplinary team innovation ability, and further extends the factors that affect the university interdisciplinary team innovation ability. Referring to the literature research on knowledge capital, knowledge integration and university interdisciplinary team innovation ability, this paper defines the dimension and measurement index of knowledge capital and university interdisciplinary team innovation ability. The paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge integration applied in this paper, then discusses the influence of different dimensions of knowledge capital on the innovation ability of university interdisciplinary teams and the intermediary role of knowledge integration. This paper constructs a theoretical research model of the influence of knowledge capital on the innovation ability of cross-disciplinary teams. Finally, it collects the data by questionnaire, and adopts the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The hypotheses and theoretical models proposed in this paper are tested, and the conclusions are drawn, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the dimensions of human resource, structure, relationship and innovation capital of knowledge capital have a positive effect on the ability of university interdisciplinary team innovation, the ability of knowledge absorption and the ability of transforming achievements. The effect includes direct and indirect effects, and the degree of influence is different. Innovation is a scientific combination of knowledge capital, knowledge integration and university interdisciplinary team innovation ability to broaden the scope of research in this field.
