我國高等教育2030核心理念之面向兩個(gè)需求

【摘要】:中國特色社會(huì)主義高等教育的本質(zhì)屬性、國內(nèi)外的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及在我國高等教育現(xiàn)代化2030進(jìn)程中所面臨的普及化、市場(chǎng)化等因素,促使我們將高等教育面向社會(huì)需求、面向人的需求,作為我國高等教育走向2030現(xiàn)代化的核心理念之一。實(shí)現(xiàn)這一理念,需要構(gòu)建政府、高校、社會(huì)三者的新型關(guān)系,需要完善高校、學(xué)者、學(xué)生的選擇性機(jī)制,以致力于宏觀環(huán)境營造;需要抓住中觀結(jié)構(gòu)中的學(xué)校差異化發(fā)展,需要解決微觀結(jié)構(gòu)中的人才培養(yǎng)模式多樣化等這些結(jié)構(gòu)性關(guān)鍵問題,以完善我國高等教育功能再造。
[Abstract]:The essential attribute of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics, the historical experience at home and abroad, the popularization and marketization in the process of modernization of higher education in China in 2030, etc., urge us to meet the social needs of higher education. Facing the needs of people, as one of the core ideas of our country's higher education towards 2030 modernization. In order to realize this idea, we need to construct a new relationship among government, university and society, perfect the selective mechanism of universities, scholars and students in order to build the macro environment, and grasp the development of school differentiation in the middle structure. In order to improve the function of higher education in our country, we need to solve these structural key problems, such as the diversification of talent training modes in the micro structure.
