【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代已悄然而至。它的到來,不僅僅是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的革命,它還是在全球范圍內(nèi)刮起了一場關(guān)于思想政治變革、引領(lǐng)技術(shù)改革的創(chuàng)新之風,使大數(shù)據(jù)成為人們獲得新信息、創(chuàng)造新財富的不竭動力,更被稱為新世紀文明發(fā)現(xiàn)的“新財富”,其價值堪比于石油。同時,它也是一種新的價值觀與方法論,正在以一種史無前例的方式,全面改變著人們發(fā)現(xiàn)、思考和掌握世界的思維方法和改革路徑�？v觀大數(shù)據(jù)帶來的這場革命,首當其沖受到其浪潮強烈沖擊的便是各大高校。因為高校擁有最先進的知識、最活躍的思想、同時還有最廣泛的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)運用,其教育、教學、管理和服務(wù)模式等不可避免受到大數(shù)據(jù)浪潮的強烈沖擊。作為思想最活躍、頭腦最靈活、最富有創(chuàng)新沖動的大學生,其思想意識、價值觀、學習方法和行為習慣等也必然會在大數(shù)據(jù)的席卷下發(fā)生劇烈波動。很明顯,大數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為高校面對的不可回避的新時代環(huán)境,給思想政治工作帶來了新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),這就給我們的高校思想政治教育者提出了新的工作要求。如何了解、掌握并合理地運用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),實現(xiàn)大學生思想政治教育工作質(zhì)的飛躍?如何推動大學生思想政治教育工作的改革和創(chuàng)新?這是關(guān)系當前高校培養(yǎng)什么樣的人、如何培養(yǎng)人的根本問題,關(guān)系高校立德樹人根本任務(wù)能否實現(xiàn)的大問題。本文共計三個部分,具體思路如下:第一部分,相關(guān)理論概述。本章節(jié)主要介紹了大數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)涵、大數(shù)據(jù)“4V”特征、大數(shù)據(jù)時代及其影響、大數(shù)據(jù)時代大學生思想政治教育內(nèi)涵和特征;第二部分,理論與實踐解析。深刻分析大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下給大學生思想政治教育帶來的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),憑借進行的相關(guān)實際調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的不足及問題,為提出進一步的措施提供真實的依據(jù);第三部分,應(yīng)對措施。根據(jù)黨在十八屆五中全會中提到“創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、共享、開放”的五大發(fā)展理念,現(xiàn)將這五大發(fā)展理念與大學生思想政治教育進行結(jié)合,創(chuàng)新大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下大學生思想政治教育路徑的實施。
[Abstract]:Big data's time has come quietly. Its arrival is not only a revolution in the field of information technology on the Internet, but also a wave of innovation on the ideological and political reform, leading to technological reform, which has made big data become a person to obtain new information. The inexhaustible motive force of creating new wealth is called "new wealth" discovered by civilization in the new century, and its value is comparable to that of oil. At the same time, it is also a kind of new values and methodology, which is changing the way of thinking and reform that people find, think and master the world in an unprecedented way. Throughout the revolution brought by big data, the first to bear the brunt of its strong impact is the major universities. Because colleges and universities have the most advanced knowledge, the most active ideas, and the most extensive application of network technology, their education, teaching, management and service mode will inevitably be strongly impacted by the tide of big data. As the most active thinking, the most flexible mind, the most creative impulse of college students, their ideological consciousness, values, learning methods and behavior habits will inevitably be swept by big data violent fluctuations. It is obvious that big data has become an inevitable new era environment for colleges and universities, and has brought new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political work, which has put forward new work requirements for our ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. How to understand, master and reasonably use big data technology to achieve a qualitative leap in ideological and political education for college students? How to promote the reform and innovation of college students' ideological and political education? This is the fundamental problem of what kind of person is cultivated, how to cultivate people, and whether the fundamental task of establishing morality can be realized in colleges and universities. This paper consists of three parts, the specific ideas are as follows: the first part, the overview of relevant theories. This chapter mainly introduces the connotation of big data, the "4V" characteristics of big data, the age and influence of big data, the connotation and characteristics of ideological and political education of college students in the age of big data; the second part, the analysis of theory and practice. This paper deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to college students' ideological and political education under the background of big data's times, finds out the shortcomings and problems, and provides a real basis for putting forward further measures. The third part, countermeasures. According to the five development concepts mentioned by the Party in the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, "Innovation, coordination, green, sharing and opening", these five development concepts are now combined with the ideological and political education of college students. The implementation of ideological and political Education path for College students under the background of innovating big data.
