【摘要】：如何培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)業(yè)與新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程人才,是地方院校網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)共同面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。吸納高校、行業(yè)企業(yè)、第三方機(jī)構(gòu)和政府等多主體參與,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教融合、校際互動、多元協(xié)同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程人才培養(yǎng)共同體,實(shí)施共性需求與問題的共商、共研,關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)與資源共建、共創(chuàng),重大工作與活動共謀、共擔(dān),建設(shè)成果與利益共享、共贏的新型協(xié)同育人機(jī)制,可為新經(jīng)濟(jì)與新工科建設(shè)背景下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程專業(yè)建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)提供一種新路徑與新思考。
[Abstract]:How to train new network engineering talents who adapt to the new Internet technology, new industry and new economy development is a new challenge that local colleges and universities are faced with together. To absorb the participation of universities, industry enterprises, third party organizations and governments, to construct a network engineering talents training community with the integration of industry and education, inter-school interaction and multi-cooperation, and to discuss the common needs and problems. The key links and resources build together, create together, the important work and the activity conspire together, share the responsibility, build the achievement and benefit share, win together the new cooperative education mechanism, It can provide a new way and new thinking for network engineering specialty construction and talent training under the background of new economy and new engineering subject construction.
