【摘要】：目前,一些高校人才培養(yǎng)存在兩方面突出問題:一是大學(xué)生集體意識(shí)淡薄,二是大學(xué)生社會(huì)能力不足。這兩方面的突出問題制約和影響著高校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高。為尋求問題解決的著力點(diǎn)和突破口,研究者提出:高校應(yīng)通過積極開展校園集體活動(dòng),促使大學(xué)生在參與集體活動(dòng)中增強(qiáng)集體意識(shí)、提升社會(huì)能力,成長為全面發(fā)展、對(duì)國家和社會(huì)有用的人才。
[Abstract]:At present, there are two outstanding problems in the cultivation of talents in some colleges and universities: one is the weak collective consciousness of college students, the other is the insufficiency of college students' social ability. These two outstanding problems restrict and affect the improvement of the quality of education and teaching and the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. In order to find the key point and breakthrough to solve the problem, the researcher puts forward that the university should actively develop the campus collective activities, promote the college students to strengthen the collective consciousness, enhance the social ability, and grow into an all-round development in participating in the collective activities. A person who is useful to the country and society.
