【摘要】：采用實(shí)證性調(diào)查研究方法,對(duì)15所高校2 264名大學(xué)生的電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全狀況進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生遭遇電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙的狀況及其原因。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:大多數(shù)大學(xué)生都遭遇過電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙,女性大學(xué)生的受騙率高于男性大學(xué)生,電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙在形式上漸趨多樣化,大學(xué)生的電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)不足,在受騙后主動(dòng)維權(quán)的意識(shí)較差;大學(xué)生自身的價(jià)值觀偏差與社會(huì)閱歷淺、高校電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全教育缺失、有關(guān)部門監(jiān)管保障乏力是大學(xué)生遭受電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙的主要原因。針對(duì)以上問題,有針對(duì)性地提出大學(xué)生電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全教育引導(dǎo)和詐騙防范的對(duì)策與措施,即通過開設(shè)電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全通識(shí)課程、創(chuàng)新電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全教育形式、拓展電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全教育載體、構(gòu)建多方聯(lián)動(dòng)協(xié)作機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)制度建設(shè)等對(duì)策與措施,做好大學(xué)生的安全教育引導(dǎo)與詐騙防范工作,以助力大學(xué)生成長成才。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey on the security of telecommunication network of 2 264 college students in 15 colleges and universities was carried out by means of empirical investigation and research, and the situation and causes of telecom network fraud among contemporary college students were analyzed. The results show that the majority of college students have experienced telecom network fraud, the rate of female college students being cheated is higher than that of male students, telecom network fraud is becoming more diversified in form, and college students' awareness of telecommunication network security is not enough. The main reasons for college students to suffer from telecom network fraud are the poor awareness of active rights protection after being cheated, the slight deviation of values and social experience of college students, the lack of security education of telecommunication network in colleges and universities, and the weak supervision and protection of relevant departments. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to guide college students' telecommunication network security education and to prevent fraud, that is, to innovate the telecom network security education form by offering telecom network security general knowledge courses. To expand the carrier of telecommunication network security education, to construct the cooperation mechanism, to strengthen the construction of relevant laws and regulations, to do a good job of safety education guidance and fraud prevention of college students, in order to help college students to grow up and become talented.
