【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)高等教育正在由大眾化向普及化階段過(guò)渡。思想是先導(dǎo),理論研究要為順利實(shí)現(xiàn)這種轉(zhuǎn)換服務(wù),要為進(jìn)入普及化后的高等教育健康發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。本文全景式、概括性地探討了高等教育改革與發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論問(wèn)題,從高等教育屬性、精英教育轉(zhuǎn)向大眾化的回顧、高校體系建設(shè)、素質(zhì)教育推進(jìn)、人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)、教師發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)、開(kāi)放、責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)、繼承借鑒等十二個(gè)方面入手,以條目式的形式總結(jié)出六十條的理論要點(diǎn),力圖構(gòu)建能對(duì)未來(lái)高等教育發(fā)展起指導(dǎo)作用的思想體系。
[Abstract]:At present, China's higher education is in the transition from popularization to popularization. Thought is the forerunner, theoretical research should be for the smooth realization of this transformation service, for the popularization of higher education after the healthy development of laid the foundation. In this paper, the relevant theoretical problems of the reform and development of higher education are discussed in a general way, from the attributes of higher education, elite education to popular review, the construction of university system, the promotion of quality education, the cultivation of talents, the scientific research. Starting with 12 aspects, such as social service, teacher development, modern university system construction, openness, responsibility, inheritance and reference, this paper summarizes 60 theoretical points in the form of items. Try to construct the ideological system which can play a guiding role in the development of higher education in the future.
