【摘要】：以江蘇省422位在校大學(xué)生新創(chuàng)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析方法,探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)特質(zhì)維度下創(chuàng)業(yè)自我效能、成就性、內(nèi)控性及創(chuàng)新性如何以創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)為中介,影響創(chuàng)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效的傳導(dǎo)關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:創(chuàng)業(yè)特質(zhì)正向顯著影響創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的路徑系數(shù)為0.866,其中內(nèi)控性對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)影響最大,其次為創(chuàng)新性、成就性及創(chuàng)業(yè)自我效能;創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)顯著影響創(chuàng)業(yè)績(jī)效,影響路徑系數(shù)為0.833;創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)揮完全中介作用,創(chuàng)業(yè)特質(zhì)及其四維度因素通過創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)間接影響創(chuàng)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)績(jī)效。研究結(jié)果可指導(dǎo)高校以創(chuàng)業(yè)者創(chuàng)新特質(zhì)與內(nèi)控特質(zhì)為導(dǎo)向,甄選潛在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者,維持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)的持久性,進(jìn)而提升創(chuàng)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)水平,提高我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)率和創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 422 college students in Jiangsu Province, using the structural equation analysis method, this paper discusses how entrepreneurial self-efficacy, achievement, internal control and innovation are mediated by entrepreneurial motivation under the dimension of entrepreneurial trait. The transmission relationship affecting entrepreneurial growth performance. The results showed that the path coefficient of entrepreneurial trait positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial motivation was 0.866, in which internal control had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial motivation, followed by innovation, achievement and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation significantly affected entrepreneurial performance. The influence path coefficient is 0.833; entrepreneurial motivation plays a complete intermediary role, entrepreneurial characteristics and its four dimensional factors indirectly affect entrepreneurial growth performance through entrepreneurial motivation. The results of the study can guide colleges and universities to select potential university students' entrepreneurs in the direction of innovation and internal control, to maintain the persistence of college students' entrepreneurial motivation, and then to improve the level of entrepreneurial growth. To improve the entrepreneurial rate and success rate of college students in China.
