大慶市大學(xué)英語教師科研現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)英語教師的科學(xué)研究工作對于教師的成長、教學(xué)水平的進步和學(xué)校的發(fā)展都有著至關(guān)重要的作用。論文以大慶市大學(xué)英語教師為研究對象,采用了文獻法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法和訪談法,對大慶市大學(xué)英語教師科學(xué)研究的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括三方面:1.教師的學(xué)歷、職稱、年齡、科研成果等基本情況。2.大學(xué)英語教師的科學(xué)研究態(tài)度、動機等影響教師科學(xué)研究的內(nèi)部因素。3.教師所屬院校的科研管理、學(xué)術(shù)資料等影響教師科學(xué)研究的的外部因素。結(jié)合教師訪談,從教師自身的內(nèi)部因素和教師所處的外部環(huán)境分析探討了目前該地區(qū)大學(xué)英語教師科研方面存在的問題及原因。針對大學(xué)英語教師目前科研能力薄弱環(huán)節(jié)提出了可在系部內(nèi)執(zhí)行的培養(yǎng)教師科研能力的多元化途徑:教師科研能力的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)該以網(wǎng)絡(luò)的科研學(xué)習(xí)機制為基礎(chǔ);有組織的進行學(xué)術(shù)閱讀和科研交流;培養(yǎng)教師承擔(dān)適合個體的科研角色;培養(yǎng)教師科研興趣,提高教師科學(xué)研究的主動性。針對教師科研環(huán)境的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)也提出了更為可行的完善英語科學(xué)研究機制的建議。希望能為大學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展和高校科研健康蓬勃發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:The scientific research of college English teachers plays an important role in the development of teachers, the progress of teaching level and the development of schools. The present situation of scientific research of college English teachers in Daqing city is investigated by the methods of literature, investigation, data statistics and interview. The survey covered three areas: 1. Teachers' qualifications, professional titles, age, scientific research achievements and other basic information. 2. College English teachers' attitude to scientific research, motivation and other internal factors affecting teachers' scientific research. Teachers'scientific research management, academic materials and other external factors that affect teachers' scientific research. Based on the teachers' interviews, this paper discusses the problems and causes of the current scientific research of college English teachers in this area through the analysis of the teachers' internal factors and the external environment of the teachers. Aiming at the weakness of college English teachers' scientific research ability at present, this paper puts forward a diversified way to cultivate the teachers' scientific research ability, which can be carried out in the department: the cultivation of teachers' scientific research ability should be based on the scientific research learning mechanism of the network; Organized academic reading and scientific research communication; cultivate teachers to assume the role of scientific research suitable for the individual; cultivate teachers' interest in scientific research and improve the initiative of teachers' scientific research. In view of the weakness of teachers' scientific research environment, the author also puts forward some more feasible suggestions on how to perfect the mechanism of English scientific research. Hope to provide reference for the professional development of college English teachers and the healthy development of scientific research in colleges and universities.
