【摘要】：大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)體系改革的動(dòng)因是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力與自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性與積極性、構(gòu)建良好的師生關(guān)系、促進(jìn)教學(xué)相長。但改革的過程中,存在重學(xué)習(xí)過程輕學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果、重改革形式輕過程監(jiān)控、重學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度輕學(xué)習(xí)能力的傾向,引發(fā)教師工作量加大、學(xué)生平時(shí)成績?cè)u(píng)定有一定的隨意性、學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握不牢固等問題,應(yīng)從管理層的制度規(guī)范、執(zhí)行層的教師行為培訓(xùn)和受益層的學(xué)生能力提升三個(gè)層面予以調(diào)適。
[Abstract]:The motivation of the reform of college students' academic evaluation system is to cultivate students' innovative ability and autonomous learning ability, stimulate students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning, construct a good teacher-student relationship, and promote the mutual development of teaching and learning. However, in the process of reform, there is a tendency of emphasizing the learning process over the learning results, emphasizing the form of the reform and the monitoring of the process, emphasizing the attitude of learning and the ability of learning, which leads to the increase of the workload of the teachers, and the assessment of the students' grades at ordinary times has a certain degree of arbitrariness. The students' basic knowledge is not firmly grasped and so on, which should be adjusted from three aspects: the system of management, the training of teachers' behavior in executive level and the improvement of students' ability in beneficiary level.
